We are delighted to provide you with handcrafted decor items to make your events truly special. Kindly review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth rental process:

1. Product Condition and Damage Policy

  • Before dispatch, customers are encouraged to request a video of the product to verify its condition.
  • The rented product(s) must be returned in the same good condition as received.
  • Any damage, loss, or significant wear and tear beyond normal usage will result in deductions from the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.

2. Pick-Up and Delivery Charges

  • The charges for pick-up and delivery will be borne by the client.
  • IBHI can assist in arranging delivery through trusted third-party services such as Swiggy Genie, porter services, or other logistic providers. The client will be responsible for these additional charges.

3. Rental Duration and Late Returns

  • The rental period is for 24 hours, starting at 10:00 AM on the agreed date and ending at 10:00 AM the following day.
  • Products not returned within this timeframe will incur additional charges per hour, calculated based on the total rental amount.

4. Rental Agreement and Documentation

  • A rental agreement will need to be signed by the client prior to pick-up or delivery, detailing the terms of rental, product condition, and payment details.
  • A valid ID proof must be provided at the time of signing the agreement for verification purposes.

5. Booking Confirmation and Security Deposit

  • Rentals will be confirmed upon full payment of the rental fee and a refundable security deposit.
  • The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the product(s) in the agreed condition, subject to deductions for any damage or delay.

6. Product Usage and Care

  • Products rented are exclusively for the purpose outlined in the agreement (e.g., weddings, celebrations, photo shoots). They must not be used for any other purpose without prior consent.
  • The client agrees to handle the products with care and ensure their safekeeping during the rental period.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the rental start time will receive a full refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time will result in a 50% deduction from the rental fee. Security deposits will be fully refunded.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • IBHI is not liable for any injury, mishap, or property damage caused by the misuse or mishandling of rented products.

9. Ownership Rights

  • All rented products remain the sole property of IBHI. The client does not have any ownership rights over the rented products.

What we have mentioned in the description in words is simply 9% of how much we think when we design a UTILITY+DESIGN product at IBHI, we visualize and soak in more than what we can express. We hope this IBHI is able to justify the effort and skill of those 300+ women artists who have collectively made this handcrafted beauty. 

Materials and care

All IBHI products are meticulously handmade, involving various stages of different craftsmanship. Our creations are a blend of layers of high-quality fabric, Medium Density Fibre (MDF) for structure, and intricate beads and embellishments. The beads are meticulously connected using rolls of threads and hand stitches, adding to the uniqueness and charm of our products.

When you receive your IBHI product, it will be covered in protective packaging. You might require a sharp object like a cutter or scissors to open the package. While opening, please be careful not to cut into the fabric or the product itself. Although our pieces are sturdy, they are also works of art that appreciate love and care.

Handle your IBHI products delicately to preserve their beauty and longevity. Display them in a safe place where they can be admired. No amount of sunlight will affect the quality and finish of the product. The fabrics used are digitally printed using high-grade inks and pigments, making it sunshine friendly. Store them in a dry place to avoid moisture damage. To clean, gently dust with a soft cloth or a soft-bristle brush, and avoid using harsh chemicals or water directly on the fabric and embellishments.

By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your IBHI creations remain beautiful and cherished for years to come.

IBHI's no-touch policy

We might seem unfriendly but here's why! When IBHIs leave their dispatch unit to make place in a new home, they are sent in the most pristine form and we very strongly believe in first ownership, with the ideology that the IBHI has been only created for you. Hence, we don't have a refund or return option available on our policy list. We try our best to ensure safety while packing our IBHIs, but certain logistics mishaps are external and considering them we have created a room for exchanging the IBHI for the same IBHI when damaged during transit, for availing the exchange in case of damage, please get in touch with our team on +91 99788 14653 within 7 days of receiving the order.
