MandirVedi (मंदिर वेदी) – A Sacred Space for Divine Presence
Compact Mandir Platter | Handmade Sinhasan for Idols | Dual-Sided Pooja Base

MandirVedi by IBHI is a handcrafted pooja Platter created to serve as a compact yet striking base for idols and temple setups. Designed with reverence and artistic thought, this mandir base is perfect for home pooja corners, office mandirs, or corporate devotional spaces.

The base of the MandirVedi measures 4 inches by 12 inches, while the overall size, including decorative beads, is 7 inches by 12 inches. Crafted using durable MDF, it is layered with high-quality fabric and finished with our signature rose gold braided lace on both edges. It serves as a stable sinhasan or pooja platform for idols and diyas and is ideal for creating an altar setup in limited spaces.

One side of the MandirVedi features a solid wine-colored base with a 4-inch circular Medium Density Fibreboard plate, beautifully handpainted with gold lotus motifs on each end. This side exudes elegance and is ideal for formal or minimal temple spaces. The reverse side showcases IBHI’s exclusive in-house vermillion Pichwai print, offering a more traditional and vibrant option rooted in Rajasthani folk art.

To enhance its visual and spiritual appeal, the MandirVedi is adorned with two distinct tassel bunches. One is IBHI’s signature dull gold bunch, known for its subtle grace. The other is a fountain-style design made from light golden water beads, each strand ending in delicate pearl-like drops. These details make the piece not only functional but also a beautiful pooja decor accent.

This pooja Platter is especially suited for daily worship, festival arrangements like Diwali, corporate pooja gifts, and wedding return favors. Whether you wish to add spiritual warmth to your workspace or create a compact home altar, MandirVedi offers the charm of handcrafted tradition with the convenience of modern size.

Handmade in India with care, MandirVedi celebrates devotion, design, and the quiet strength of rituals. It invites you to create a sacred space wherever you are.

In 2021, Pooja Dave was 22 years old when she noticed something most people walk past without a second thought. India’s handicraft industry had skilled hands, beautiful work and genuine value, but very little structure.

She decided to change that through a business. IBHI brought together India’s regional textile traditions like Banarasi, Patola and Silk with the handcraft skills of women who had never had a formal livelihood.

Today, 355 women across Kadi, Kalyanpura and Sanand work with IBHI. They are skilled artisans with a craft, a workplace and an income.

Every IBHI piece takes a minimum of 12 hours to make. Twelve hours of cutting, layering, stitching and finishing by hand, with precision and without shortcuts.

When you buy an IBHI piece, you are not just buying decor. You are supporting a system built to give Indian craft the structure it deserves and the women behind it the recognition they have earned.
